What the Lab does

Community Equity Lab translates NCI research into bounded feasibility work, implementation tools and pilots with a defined population, partner roles, measures and decision point.
Co-design
Build the workflow with the people who will use, deliver or receive it.
Test
Run a limited pilot with clear safeguards, ownership and referral rules.
Measure
Track reach, handoff completion, burden, persistence and evidence limits.
Decide
Scale, redesign, partner differently or stop based on what the pilot shows.

The Lab is not built to replace CTE, FFA, 4-H, workforce agencies, employers, schools or community organizations. Its role is to identify where the handoff breaks down, test a practical fix and document whether the fix works.
